Hi everyone,
I’m a new user of a Tria Express Duet. I’m having issues importing stills. I’ve tried both jpg and png, and in both cases, the server doesn’t want to play them out. They import fine as a single frame of video, but when I drag them onto a channel nothing happens. I’ve tried changing some of the attributes to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated!

Could you please email abekastechsupport@rossvideo.com and cc me at mopacic@rossvideo.com with examples of the stills you are importing and won’t play? We have tried it here and all is importing and playing out correctly. Thanks. ​
