Anyone else having this issue or found a workaround for a similar issue?
I have three inputs that I want to set to the “large” text size on my TouchDrive, CG 1, CG 2 and CG 3. I’ll set them up in the Carbonite input config and set them all to the “large” text size and they all display large. I’ll update the saved the set and memory too. But every time I cycle power, CG 1 and CG 2 revert to “small” text size while CG 3 stays “large”. None of the other inputs do this, they all stay at whatever size I set them to, only CG 1 and CG 2 that seem to have a mind of their own.
Running a Carbonite Ultra with a TouchDrive TD2 both on the latest software update.
this would be the Carbonite Frame doing this if you see it in the menu as Small after the reboot..
Please provide the exact Software version number.
Please if you can “re create” the issue and then right after that copy the logs off from the diagnostic menu and share them with us

Just wanted to give an update. After working with Tech Support, we found that booting the switcher, changing the mnemonic labels to “Large” in both the Carbonite AND TouchDrive spots, saving the set, and rebooting the switcher, they finally stayed “Large” on the TouchDrive and didn’t revert back to “Small”
Hope this helps anyone else who might have this issue before they get it patched in an update.
