    Where does Ross post the files to upgrade Overdrive software? We are currently on 9.3 and ready to try out 10. Also any words of how to best go about an upgrade would be helpful.

    Hi Tom,

    The OverDrive software upgrades are normally managed by our tech support team in order to ensure correct version numbers, ect. They will also be able to offer guidance for the upgrade process...
