Production Workflow

I'm having a bit of a brain fart on this.... I am trying to make new icons for some templates, and just can't seem to make it work. I create the image, save as a jpeg to the folder with a bunch of other icons, but they never show up when I go to the Template Editor and try to change an icon. I must be missing a step somewhere, and just can't figure it out.

Are you hitting the Refresh button in the icon window of template editor? I usually have to do that before anything new will show up.

Yep, did the refresh. And the icon shows up in the folder when I look at the folder directly, but doesn't show up in the template editor. That's what makes me think I've done something wrong in the creation and/or transfer of the icon.

Files need to be no larger than 80x60, so is it possible they're bigger?

The icons I made are exactly 80x60, made in Paint and saved as jpeg....hmmmmm...??

Any special compression? Saved as .jpeg rather than .jpg?

Not that I can tell....but my copmuter expertise is does have limits! :P
