  • 1.  Chorma key, A monitor and 4 MLE

    We just installed a 4th MLE and one shot we are trying to do is have a GFX chorma behind a anchor with video in a monitor that they are standing next to. So I built a 2 MLE template, built memories to do the chorma and put the video server into the monitor. Everything worked but I had the video being keyed out in the chorma instead of the GFX so I built a CC that puts the makes the GFX key out. Problem is when I make the GFX the program of the MLE that is being keyed OverDrive does not recognize that this MLE is on air. So does anyone have any ideas on how to do this.

    Any Chance you could post a video breaking this down a little more? Just something to show the sources, The layering your want to do and then how you want it to all "run". Might help make it a little more clear as to what needs to be achieved.

    HI Les the short of it is I have a shot with a 65" monitor to the right of the talent and a ugly LED wall hind them. I'm chormaing out the wall behind them and putting in a GFX. But getting video to go to the monitor and getting the GFX to chorma has been a trick. I am 90% just got a little fine tuning on the chorma to clean it up and once I have it working 100% I will post everything I did.
