  • 1.  OD 16 shot template

    We are having a problem with some of our saved shot templates. They where built in the ENPS plugin when we upgraded in Aug but now they are missing either audio sources or camera presets. Has anyone sen this before and if so what was the fix?

    Yes I did and they thought maybe it was the directors going to fast and not giving the templates time to populate. I test that and that was not the problem. I was able to go in and add back the missing parts and re-save them. Still don't know why they where lost in the first place but we are back to normal for now.
