  • 1.  Animated Transitions on a Synergy 3 with OD 10

    Looking to incorporate some animated transitions that have keys on an older Synergy 3. I can get the board to do the transition using a downstream keyer. Just looking for ideas on incorporating it into Over Drive. Is the only way to do a GPI from the board to the OD that triggers a take on OD with a CC. I did something similar with a vision but fishing for different ideas.

    This might be clunky or not at all what you're looking for but, you could build an "audio-only" template that auto fires the CC. Of course if you are looking to transition from one template to another that probably wouldn't work.

    Hell Steve,

    You are right, in that a GPI connected between the Synergy to OverDrive server is the only way to trigger OverDrive to "take and prepare next" when you run an interstitial transition on the Synergy switcher.
