Production Workflow

After our group upgraded to OD 15 we started experiencing a problem where after a shot is dragged into a script, the shot summary will no longer see any available custom controls, sometimes transitions also disappear.

Attached are two screen grabs, the first showing the shot summary before going into a script and the second after going into script with no available custom controls to select.

Any ideas on why this would happen?
