Hi Brian,
Thanks for reaching out.
For the automatic logout issue, since you're running an older version of Inception (15.5.0), the session timeout setting can't be adjusted from within the UI. It requires a database-level change that our Support team can assist with. To get that process started, please send an email to techsupport@rossvideo.com to open a support ticket. Once that's submitted, we'll coordinate a suitable day and time for remote access to apply the change.
Regarding autosaving in the Story Editor, unfortunately, your current version does not have an autosave feature. Stories must be manually saved to avoid losing work, especially if you step away and the session times out.

Subject: Auto log out and/or Autosave
I need help with Inception.
I am trying to adjust the settings for how quickly Inception automatically logs me out. Is there a way to change that?
I am also trying to set up autosave for my scripts. I get logged out automatically and I write, turn away from Inception, come back to find that I've been logged out. When I log back in, my work was not saved. How do I enable the autosave?
Thank you,
Brian
