I'm using Inception here in my newsroom. I'm new to the program, having joined my station and begun using it in January.
I feel like I'm getting the hang of it. The Ross U has been helpful. I've run into an issue.
In my workflow here, I'll be writing a script and may need to go to another browser tab or go to the booth to record something. When I come back, I'll find myself logged out - it seems to be a relatively short time less than or equal to 5 minutes. When I log back in, I find my work has been lost and not saved. I have looked and cannot find any settings to prevent myself from being logged out so quickly. Also, I have not found anything in the help videos or online help or user guide that address either of these topics.
Can you please help! I've been conditioning myself to press CTRL+S often, but that's not a natural action with most software.
