Does anyone know how to access the Overdrive MOS device settings within Inception?

We were advised to toggle the Use Web Proxy setting in order to fix a problem where we can't drag and drop Overdrive codes, but I can't find the settings.

Do I need to have a certain level of user in Inception to see this?

    Thanks!

In the configuration menu (the cog) Find the MOS icon (round logo with a squiggly M)  Under that there should be a devices tab where you can find the device then once you have selected the device click next for the second page of settings.  I believe its in there.  (Web plugin section).

Your account would have to have permissions to see this page or you would have to login as the admin user.

If in any doubt please contact our technical support team and they can help walk you through it.

    Hello Dave,

I don't have Overdrive but I do have other MOS devices with Inception.
You will need a administrator user account in Inception. It does not have to be the Root user account.

I have included some images of the steps too.
Step 1: Click the configuration cog at the top of the interface.
Step 2: When the configuration menu opens, click the Black "M" circle. That will open the MOS devices.
Step 3: Select your MOS device. In my case it is for XPression.
    Step 4: Click "Edit"
Step 5: Click "Next" (Yours may or may not have more pages to click through)
Step 6: On the page that says "Web Plugin" there should be a check box for "Use Web Proxy" you can check that to enable it.
Step 7: Click "Next" until you get to a page that says "Save" then once saved it should be set properly.

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks Jake!

Our IT department was able to do this but it didn't solve our problem.

Ross is going to update our Inception this week.

    Hello Dave,

Glad to hear that Ross is helping get it fixed. Sorry for the double reply. Last Monday, I posted it but it doesn't look like it actually did until now.

    Have a great day!
