Production Workflow

Hi.

I am trying to add an OverDrive command to a custom control in Caprica. The system will not add the command to the custom control.

Each time I select the OverDrive command Prepare Next the screen flickers and sets me to the top of the Custom Control List.

Also, it seems to be re syncing or refreshing my side box.

I am using Dashboard vs 9.5.1 with OverDrive vs 23.5.4.

Are you able to update your Dashboard version to 9.12 or up? If the issue is still there, I suggest you open a ticket with our Tech Support team at https://support.rossvideo.com/ so they can have a look at the issue.
