Permissions to Edit Hotkeys

    Does anyone know what permissions are needed in Inception in order to edit Hotkeys for MOS Favorites?

    We've added a couple of Hotkeys to hopefully be able to add Overdrive codes to scripts, but we can't add the Hotkeys. Our IT Department gave some permissions they thought would do it, but it didn't work.

    If anyone could provide any information one what permissions need to be granted in order to do this, it would be greatly appreciated.
