    Hey all, I am trying to get the QuickShot to work for me, I am close but not quite there.  I can get my Production Cue Keyword to call up correct Template in the RundownControl, but the number in my "PGM" column does not insert the Crosspoint. I have attached photos to follow along in my steps to see if anyone can see where I went wrong.

    Configuration of the QuickCode in the Overdrive Server
    Template Summary
    Template ME and Buses
    QC Production Cue Keyword
    QC iNews
    QC RundownControl showing that the Crosspoint is not populating properly

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Michael, 

    I am not sure if you were able to find the issue, but one thing you can check is if the "PGM" column in your NRCS is published from iNews in the MOS messages.
