  • 1.  Setting default QuickAudio levels.

    Hello all,

    We are using a Vision switcher with Overdrive.  We'd like to adjust the default level QuickAudio sets our Digicart fader to, but I'm not having a ton of success.  The default level when using QuickAudio seems to be 40%.  If there's no quick audio on the line within ENPS, it sets the fader to 75%; which is where the fader default is set within the Vision.  The Digicart fader within Template Editor is also set to "default" across the board.  Is there a place that I'm not looking that might be setting the default to something other than 75% or "default"?  Any help would be appreciated!

    Hello Scott, 

    From what I understand, you are looking to modify the level for the QuickAudio so that it uses 75(default). If this is what you want to do, in Template Editor, there is a tab for QuickAudio and you will find the keywords you would use in ENPS and you can select and see the level that is assigned for the Digicart.

    You may want to create a new QuickAudio channel Keyword, with default level or 75 in case the original one is still needed.
