It wasn't that. I never did figure out exactly the problem, but I changed the font from a private font to a system font and that did the trick. Thanks for your help though! #XPression

Hi folks, I'm working on Xpression 7.0 and am having a text problem. No line breaks are showing in my project on any scene, the text is overlapping instead. The attachment should explain what I mean. This is what it looks like: And this is how it should look: Note that ...

Zachary you're a genius. That's working perfectly. Thanks for your quick help. Here's a link to the stat feed xml. I'm using it for player stat graphics and this data feed is new to me this year. https://lscluster.hockeytech.com/feed/?feed=modulekit&view=statviewtype&type=skaters&key=0aa45 ...

I'm having the same type of questions, however my XML feed is formatted "unconventionally". I'm using HockeyTech as a stat supplier. My XML feed looks like this: And when you select the item, it looks like this: I want to be able to select the Statviewtype based on what the ...

Hey guys I know this is old but I'm trying to do this exact same thing... Brian I don't quite understand your comment. I think it may be missing something after moving to this new forum. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. #XPression

Amignon, your code looks promising but we are having an issue with the decibel meter not outputting any values (first time since it was installed four years ago!). Unfortunately I'll have to try it later. Cam, the software is called LAMA from lama-audio.net. It looks as though the microphone is ...

Thanks for your responses folks. I won't be back in the control room for a couple weeks I'll try your suggestion and get the info on the decibel meter. Stay tuned. #XPression

Hi folks, I have a decibel meter which is hooked up to a microphone in our arena. Long story short, I've animated this meter to fill according to how loud the crowd is. It works, but the animation is choppy. I've set an animation controller to 100 frames , starting on 0 and ending on 100 ...

It can be even easier than this. As long as you're data is formatted properly, you can set the row to your datalinq key (%jerseynumber%) for example. For this to work, you have to have a column in your data with the jersey number. So instead of having blank rows in your table, you will only have ...

Bump. I would also like to know the answer to this. Seems a little cumbersome (and time consuming) to do it this way. #XPression

That worked! Thank you very much. I created a new group with 2 slides and set a timer to loop the slides every 10 seconds. The transitions are kind of slow because I think the random number generator is constantly working but this is a huge help. Thanks! #XPression

Hi all, I want to create a full page graphic that displays a new photo every 10 seconds. I have a folder of 100 images labelled in numerical order (1.jpg, 2.jpg, etc). I know how to link these images to the scene, but I'm wondering how to generate a random number from 1-100 and assign that ...

We do a 50/50 draw with the prize jackpot increasing during the game. When the number increases, I want the number to pop larger. I'm thinking there must be a way to do a query and say "if the number on the datalinqed xml feed is larger than the number displayed on screen, play the animation and ...

Hi all, How would I go about triggering an animation on the 50/50 number when the number updates? I want it to scale up then back down (like a popping animation). Right now I'm experimenting with Visual Logic and some greater than statements but I'm not too fluent with the coding side of Xpression. ...
