Thanks for the quick reply. Followed the path to conf file folder and it appears that file does not exist on my system! Amy ideas how to proceed? #DashBoard

Garner and Aaron, I'm new to this forum and the Ross family. I have a Carbonite running with Dashboard with 2 channels of Blackstorm. I'm running software ver 10.0.2. Also trying to set default end action to Hold, cue, pause when adding clips to a playlist. However it appears we don't have that ...
