So we decided to upgrade the machine. It was an older slower machine with XP. We are changing to a faster newer machine with Win 7. I ll let you know how it goes. #Carbonite

Thats interesting. the default browser on our machine is Chrome. Does the UI require IE? #Carbonite

So just to add a little more detail, i just upgraded from 9.1 to 10 and no change. still no access to the media manager interface. #Carbonite

Hey anyone know why all the controls in the media manager would be all grayed out and permit no access to even the internal media? I can do nothing in the media manager but all other controls in Dashboard are working fine.

Nigel Thanks for the update. On page 48 of V9, the manual it still says... "Audio plays out on Program, Preview, Aux, and MultiViewer outputs only", just so you know. Cheers. #Carbonite

Hi there. We are testing our new Cabonite an I tried to use a media wipe that has audio. The audio only plays our of the multiviewer not program. I have Ancillary Data set to N Pass and have tried L Pass but it makes no difference. I am sure I have missed something but I don't know yet what. ...
