It doesn't seem to be working. I have the flash drive in the frame and am holding the upgrade button while turning on the switcher. The switcher says "Booting, please wait..." but that's all the happens. I don't see an upgrade led anywhere. #Carbonite

coming from version 6 should we go linear to 7 then 9? If so where can we find 7? Thanks #Carbonite

I just tried to upgrade my Carbonite to version 9.1 and it failed. Now the switcher is unresponsive. Is there anyway to retry the upgrade without going through the switcher interface?
