No dice on the change suggestions above. I did confirm graphic created within XPression on laptop 7.0 does work, but the graphics that are noted from above are created with XPression studio machines v 6.2. Seems to be a compatibility problem? Maybe we need to update firmware in control room machines ...

We are getting this error window: Exception Class: EAccess Violation Access violation at address 00985018 in module "Xpression.exe" Read address of 000000C8. This is preventing us from importing 2 lower third templates from another project? Any idea how to fix this or get around it?

No this is a new problem we encountered, last week we could get the videos to play and with the crackle with the audio. As far as the other 2 I'll have to double check...do you see anything wrong with the settings Im exporting from fcp? #XPression

We've been exporting the video with the animation codec, 29.97 fps, and the audio at 16 bit, 48khz, with the channel grouped configuration. Then we take that into video encoder, render, then when we open that in xpressions as a background through the material manager it won't play at all in the sequence ...

Thanks for the reply Garner. Actually we are operating in SD mode, exporting out a 720 x 480 sized clip and running FCP on a mac computer. Our trainer Rob was here last week and was assisting us in the process but we couldnt solve the audio issue? #XPression

Im trying to increase/decrease the font size of text within the template data box under sequence mode. Ive highlighted the text and hit the button indicating the increase. I see the effect within the template data box but see no change on the preview window or the virtual output?

Brian, Just a quick update I changed to custom mode 720 x 540 in order to bring in the targa file from Deko which corrected the squeezing issue we were having. #XPression

For some reason in the layout mode Under the Arial font, Italics is not an option, the box is grayed out? If I change the font to Calibri then the box can be changed to bold Italics? Why cant I change the Arial font to bold Italics? #XPression
