It is not working for me either. Should this be a separate script, or in the same script as the pause script? #XPression

So this is the script I found. I removed the movie from the scene director and edited the movie in the Run Mode as follows: Mode: Play Once, Auto Start is selected, Free Running is selected. I added the script dim ch as xpOutputFramebuffer dim scene as xpScene dim obj as xpBaseObject ...

Thank you for your response Brian, but the pause does not occur at the same point in the scene director. It is for a trivia question and as soon as the talent answers the question, I want to pause the clock. Any thoughts? #XPression

We have a countdown clock going from 30 to 0. It is a movie file with audio. Is there a way to pause it when needed? For instance, if I need to pause it at 27, 14, etc.?

Is there a way to limit the amount of characters in a tab field? I have auto squeeze on certain tab fields, but our producers are entering way too many characters and the font is getting squeezed too much.

How can I make a quad for a screen grab of a twitter picture to size it to the quad size? I created a quad, but when producers apply a picture that is small, we get a tiny pic on the graphic.

Is there a way to set multiple preview frames with multiple scene directors? For instance, I have a scene that has a total of 4 scene directors. I would like the producers to see the final output of the scene. If I just physically move the timeline to the keyframe when it's played out, the scene appears ...

Do you mean a separate animation controller within the scene director? or is there a way to create a whole new scene director? And the animation is text with a quad behind it, so I have them in groups. Can I just create keyframes for the groups or do I have to do the text & quads individually? Thank ...

Thank you Brian, but I can't figure out how to make my lower third work. Chris - I will not know the order until seconds before I call it up. I also built them as 3 different groups, each having a mask so they reveal on the y axis. Malcolm - I'll take any help I can get. #XPression

I made a lower third that reveals qualifiers (top quads) from left to right. Is there a way to choose which quad to reveal that is not left to right? For example - Quad 1 has the text - "Talent 1 - Pick" Quad 2 has the text - "Talent 2 - Pick" Quad 3 has the text - "Talent 3 - Pick" ...
