Hey everyone! I solved the problem. I had set one of my cameras to use the Media Store Frame Sync and that was messing up the key. Still learning... Thanks for replying so quickly though! #Carbonite

I'm not sure how to describe what key I'm getting. I'll post pictures tomorrow. And I'll post my settings in Photoshop tomorrow as well. #Carbonite

Hi! I've got a PNG files with an alpha channel. The alpha channel shows in the Media Manager. When I load the PNG into M1, the key loads in M3 as it should. But I cannot get the key to display properly no matter what settings I use in the Live Assist window. Help?
