how to connect carbonite black plus to control panel 3x

good day sir, so when we purchased/buy the carbonite black plus we need to purchase also the license for the full 3rd m/e? #Carbonite

The Carbonite black series can. E purchased as either 2 ME or 3ME. This can also be upgraded in the field if desired so we need to buy the 3m/e as well? but i've talk to asia pacific tech support and he said that the carbonite blackplus is only 2.5m/e.... the main reason why we want to buy ...

we are planning to buy carbonite blackplus but we have an hesitation because when we read the spicifation of the switcher it say 2 or 3 m/e unlike the carbonite ultra the spicification is 1-3m/e and it means the m/e of carbonite ultra is 1 to 3 m/e.... thank you so much and hoping i will get the best ...
