I have a Carbonite Extreme that won't lock to an external reference besides NTSC Black Burst. None of my sources will sync up unless I run them through the built in Frame Syncs. Any ideas? Thanks Jeff

Noticed on the quickstart guide that the Carbonite Control Panel connects to the frame via CAT5E, Shielded Twisted Pair. Just wondering if it has to be a shielded twisted pair or does a regular CAT5E cable work? Thanks
