Ok, it seems as though something was wrong with Telestream Vantage. It now fixed, and all new videos I upload have thumbnails and will play. The videos already in there still have no thumbnail and won't play. I'm assuming I have to reupload those? Also, is there a way to choose the frame for the thumbnail? ...

Hello. I'm new to streamline, and I'm adding some video assets to it for our station. Is there a way to have thumbnails show up in search? Right now, it's only the generic video icon. Thanks in advance for the help.
