Live Box RTD / DVE Key Delay

I currently have a live box as a DVE key over a replay (key source is ME1). Instead of using an RTD out of the replay (on ME2), I am scaling up the DVE key with an effect dissolve, no issues there. Not sure if its Inception or Twitter's API stopping it but will we be able to see 280 character tweets in Inception Social soon? the '...' is getting worse, less and less tweets are actually under 140 any more
