Hi everyone. Today we had a strange glitch were the minime1 did a quick dissolve pingpong without anyone touching the control surface. I have attached screenshots of the event in this link. In this case we were routing mini1 to the monitor via aux 1. We are running version 8.0.0.10540. Thanks for the ...

The video files are 1920x1080. The problems occur mostly on the lower thirds. The NVIDA card is gfx780 (#0) Also we have experienced a new error today. here is a screenshot of it. #XPression

Thanks for responding Garner, I agree that it is probably not the Jpegs. We have seen that the majority of our memory spikes are caused from our lower thirds. We believe that the way they were built was incorrect. We are standing by to bring in a desinger to check it out. Also we are running build ...

Hello Everyone! Recently we have been experiencing some crashing of Xpression during some of our shows. We see that certain images cause a larger spike in memory usage than others while being played out of Xpression. Comparing the images properties side by side, we were not able to see much differences. ...

I believe our videos are set to 29.97. The clicking does not seem to happen during the whole video, just during certain parts where the audio seems to be a bit more dynamic. It seems like an electrical pop in the audio. Any other ideas or experiences with this type of issue? #XPression

Hey Garner, We were able to set up our deembeder for the Sdi out of the Xpression. The problem now is that we are getting like an electrical clicking noise on the audio from the clips. We are currently using audio married to mov clips in Xpression. The audio is set to 16 bit 48k. Is there a different ...

Can you someone explain the different audio outputs on the xpression. I am trying to connect mine to our audio board via xlr. Would we need to get a deembedder to separate the audio from the sdi/ or is there an analog out of the xpression box that I could use. Thanks #XPression

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to create a way to trigger a transition GFX on Xpression from Carbonite. I have a graphic transition built in Xpression, but it would be great if there was a way to make a macro or media transition that I could just trigger from ...

Hello everyone. I am trying to save some ME scenes using memory recall, but I am having trouble getting the right settings to save what I am trying to save. I have set what I thought to be correct in what to recall, but it seems to override certain things after I change to another recall. Basically I ...

Thanks for all the help. I have been playing the bug successfuly after this advice. I have one question regarding the opacity of the bug. We are currently using a tga sequence on alpha, but it seems that when the gfx gets keyed on, some of the image is a bit see through. I have the image set to ...

Thanks so much for the quick response! My next question would be if I loaded in a different similar bug for a different show, would it clear out the other bug's info in ram, making the next time I load the original bug the same wait time. Thanks #Carbonite

Also after I have loaded this bug in once, will I have to wait the 15 or so minutes each time to load the sequence? Thanks #Carbonite

Hello everyone. I am new to Carbonite coming from the Tricaster switcher. I have a question about the file size of tga sequences loaded into Carbonite. I am currently playing a 2gb tga sequence as an animated bug on loop. Is this kind of file size an issue for Carbonite, or should it be ok? I ...
