When I dashboard'd into the panel someone must have set the panel to SAT. When I re-stored to master it started function 100%. (after power cycle). So the 2 things that didn't work while it was assigned to as a SAT, was the custom control issue as documented in the first post, and the mis-match of 16xpts ...

So I found this mis-match. The panel was set to SAT vs master. That resolved this issue. Though, with the upgraded software the new feature of button mapping from dashboard is available but it sees the panel as 16XPT vs 24XPT. Is there a setting to have dashboard's user see the right panel size? ...
