Hi Derry, i just come back to office and check again, the IOXT is attached in thunderbolt manager but the connection status is not connected. I think it is the problem.. so how can i fix it... thx #XPression

Yes, thunderbolt manager is showing connected But AJA control panel said no device found. #XPression

My AJA driver version is 10.4.1 and Xpression version is 5.9 #XPression
