I'm having some trouble pushing an array to a string array parameter. Here is a quick example of what I'm trying to do. Upon executing the code, nothing gets written to the parameter and no errors pop up in the debug console. What am I missing here? 0 ...

This seems to be a common problem for a lot of applications, but if you run Dashboard on a Microsoft Surface running Windows 10 with the default settings (2736x1834 resolution, 200% scale), the program does not seem to respect the scaling and all text/buttons become too small to use. The only solution ...

What is the native codec for Tria/Mira import? We'd like to export our videos in a way that will take the least time to import. Thanks!

The problem I have is if the network is not connected or the IP address is incorrect, the dashboard will hang for a good 30 seconds ...

Something like an Image Video or Magnum Tally would be immensely helpful in this situation. #Acuity

Hi all, I'm currently working on a Custom Panel to control or AJA Ki Pro decks, and have sending commands working, but would like to be able to get staus back from the deck. Everything on the Ki Pro works as a HTTP Post, so if I use this command: ogscript.asyncPost('http://(KI PRO ...

I guess maybe the question here is: Is it possible to script a telnet session with DashBoard? I know there are certain negotiation strings that need to be sent, It's not just as simple as sending TCP strings to port 23. #DashBoard

So I'm still a little new at this, but I'm trying to make a button that will take crosspoints on a Platinum router. I can telnet into the router and make routes, but it involves initiating a telnet session, logging in with a username and password, then sending a command in the interface. How would ...

I figured it out, so now I'm going to answer my own question, in case anyone else needs this info. I sent the cue command from my vision switcher, then found the hex bits in the Crossfire log and converted to ASCII. I found the Clip ID I need is actually "TEST_Wipe (11 Spaces) 02865‡" Since ...

I'm going to drag up this thread instead of starting a new one, since I'm trying to do the exact same thing. I'm trying to cue a clip in my Crossfire, I can play, pause, stop, etc as expected. But as I try to cue any clip, the logs in my Crossfire are saying : [ unit 1, port 1 ] - 12:04:39.709 ...
