not finding logs through FileZ....in the switcher root? #Carbonite

the situation cannot be recreated, but randomly during pre-production, our Sony PTZ will start titling down. Right now, the resolution is to reboot the camera. Where can I get the logs from the dashboard ? anyone have ideas? I am wondering if the com port is failing.
