How does the Crossover embed the audio in the video? Does the switcher do it or am I going to have to add a converter to embed the audio in the video coming out of the switcher?

We recently had new graphics made that are animated. When I try to wipe between two full screens I can't get the second one to animate in. The first one will just reanimate on screen. Any help would be appreciated.
