I did that and I did get animation but it only animated half of my animation, then it stopped. it did that with multiple templates. How do I get it to play the entire Scene Director? #XPression

We've just installed the NLE plugin on our avids. The plugin works fine, connects to the project server but when the template is added to the timeline it doesn't animate. It just comes in at the preview marker. It doesn't play any scene directors. In the Xpression U video it was playing scene director ...
