Sorry we usually create the image in photo shop and than just bring over and put them in a folder on the computer and than just drag them into the xpression software. When we try to do this it will not allow us to drop them in #XPression

yes all that works the issue is in the designer I can not drag or import any images. I am following I think all the same steps as before but it will not import the images. If I go back to the old computer and do it everything works. #XPression

I just purchased a new computer for my xpression live and the machine is Windows 8. I was able to load the software and it talks to my switcher but I can not drop and images into it that we have created. We were able to do this before. This might be a stupid question but I just purchase a new machine to run my Xpression software and I have the dongle and disc but when I go to install it is asking for a password. any suggestions?
