FIXED: Sync Generator was off of the network. We replaced the network cable and restarted the sync generator. It pulled an IP and all video is in sync. I hope this helps people in the future. All video feeds in our Ross system alternate between 63 seconds of clarity and 57 seconds of glitching out.
