Hello, I'm trying to upgrade our legacy Carbonite+ to the latest version 15.5.3 but after the "copying file" I get a message "invalid checksum" and the switcher reboots. The current version is 12.4.0.16889 and I have downloaded the version that says that supports Carbonite+. Any suggestions? ...
