Hi Darren, Which MFC-xx card do you have in the frame. On the MFC card if you set DIP switch #1 ON and #2 OFF, the IP address will be 192.168.2.1. If you connect your laptop directly to the frame, you should be able to ping and connect the frame to Dash Board. See below picture of the DIP switch ...
