Hi, may I jump in on this thread? That explanation makes sense - I'm also adding new PTZ cameras to SmartShell. Just to confirm, should these cameras use the VISCA protocol? And could you share what the tag structure looks like in the configuration file? If I add the camera info (IP, ID, role, etc.) ...
