There might be an easier way that I don't know yet but usually when I want what your describing I'll make/ use a small font, type a letter on the line you want the spacing to be closer, and then backspace/delete the letter. I do that with quotes so I only have to do it once or twice in a text box. That's ...

Those settings are in your Windows settings. So open "Settings" from the start menu, select "System" and then "Display". From there you have to set the screen scale to 100%. I had mine set to 150% so it was easier on the eyes. I guess when you do that the eye dropper is working as though the screen is ...
