I followed the directions in the online manual but when I went to configuration for the panel I do not see "Switch to Acuity mode." I am trying to send a custom control from a Carbonite Ultra to an Ultrix Acuity. I set up the Acuity according to these directions and have the Acuity setup as a device on the Carbonite. When I fire the CC on the Carbonite that is supposed to fire CC 2:02 on the Acuity nothing happens. Is there a way ...
