We had this happen a few times when the Ultrix and RCP were on different switches. The switches were connected via a 1G fiber link with a lot of devices on each end. When there was a lot of KVM activity my RCP's would give me the same message. Once I upgraded our SFP link between the switches to 10G ...

Pip A and B need to match what’s selected on the configuration page. C can be whatever size is available but you’re only able to have one pip of the C size in a layout. #Ultrix

Looks like your system is setup to use 1/4 and 1/2 pip sizes. When it comes to the third size, you can only have 1 pip of the C size. #Ultrix

We have a lot of sources that use 2 channels of audio, most use 8 channels but we do have a couple that use 16. I'm thinking of splitting our MADI port into 8 channel groups destinations but can't really think about how that would work for sources/destinations that need all 16 channels of audio. ...

@lesoreilly if I could bug you on this one. When I go to setup the device in my panel; I select RossTalk but I am not able to change the sub type to Generic. It is stuck on "xpression_1.0". Any ideas on why I am not able to change this to generic? SW Version is 12.3.0.16564. Thanks #Carbonite

One channel not recording LTC

My channel B is not reading/recording the LTC. All settings are set correctly. When I hit record, the timecode starts recording from 00:00:00:00. Any ideas?

I am trying to recall a Salvo on my RCP-QE36 panel, connected to the 5ru Ultrix, but keep getting an error labeled as, "Protd By002". Any ideas?
