Jeff, this upgrade will require a panel OS upgrade as well to OS 38. Do you have the files or card for that? Also with v18 you get additional memories (500) and customs. Make sure you save a v16 set and do not save over it once upgraded to v18. If for any reason you need to downgrade you will want to ...

Only the Carbonite series switchers support TSL. The Crossover only supports physical tally on the tally port. Mike #CrossOver

I also cannot find the button template on the Acuity page but the Carbonite uses the same buttons. Go to the Carbonite Black product page and at the button below manuals you will see the button template Mike Tech Support #Acuity
