I believe you need to move to bank 2 if you want to fire them with the Solo panel. The panel wont access any CC's beyond the first 8 from each bank. I don't know the method through Dashboard or CC's to trigger a BMD switcher but I would recommend a different approach that will give you a lot more flexibility and power to trigger events on both devices. Put a Streamdeck on the network with both devices and run Companion software on a PC or MAC ...
