You can't run the panels off the frame. They run on the panel or on an external pc. To clarify you are good and it's working now? Plane is about to push back so won't be able to respond for some time. ------------------------------ Les O'Reilly Director, Switcher Product Management --- ...

Okay sounds like should open a ticket with support. They can probably have you run some test steps and pull logs when it passes and fails. That sounds for sure like either the GPI is not caught by the card and then sending the message to Ultrix or the ultrix is missing the message. https://support. ...

The Ultrix TSL Output is for sending Labels only. This is how external Carbonite Switchers and Graphite are able to be "told" what sources are on the outputs being routed to them. There is not Tally state of the source being on air carried via that connection. If you would like to have a Tally Control ...

Only suggestion I would make I guess would be to insert an input into the Database before Camera 1 that you can have on ID 0 that will not cause you an issue. ------------------------------ Les O'Reilly Director, Switcher Product Management ------------------------------

ME P/P is a concept that is in the Ultra Series that was never in the Graphite however you can print labels to replace those on transparent ...

Hi Josh, Just to clear this up so no future confusion -- it is NOT ME 3 ... ME P/P is more like "ME 0" to think about it as a number. With Older Carbonite/Graphite Switchers and the Synergy/Vision/Acuity Lines the final ME always was the highest number in the system. The thing about that is when you ...

Without knowing how the system Tally is being wired from the switcher to the cameras it is not possible to point you to instructions. Are the tally driven by tally connections from the CCU to the Switcher tally port? Or is the system Driven by IP Tally interface? You probably will need to look at the ...

Hi Rachel, There is a setting in the the Ultriscape - Configuration - Tally Settings (top tabs second one) and the TSL 5 Tally Behaviour Settings.. That has a setting to say "only light RED when it is both.." However we were just trying it here in the Singapore office and we do have what seems to ...

You are probably using the Same CK Resource in both of those. The ME keyers do not directly take control of the CK engines -- They are able to re-use the same ones so you could have the same chromakeys but then different compositions. The CK is effectively providing an Video + Alpha to the ME keyer ...

I answered in the other post -- sorry for the delay but first time posters get held for approval to sort out the Bots/Spammers.. ME P/P is a Program / Present ME. The Ultra Family and newer lines use that concept vs the older Black/Graphite series where when you added MEs the Highest ME would be the ...

HI, The file does not need to be edited "in the file". When the layout is applied to the controller you then have that device in your DashBoard NODEs and you will link from it to which OIDs you need to control from which Midi Commands. You don't need to edit the file you edit the device. The custom ...
